How to convert

Tips

FAQ
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. Enter the page range 2- to number from page 2 to the end, and set Start number to 1 if page 2 should read 1.
Can it include the total page count?
Yes, pick 1 / 10 or Page 1 / 10, or write your own pattern where {n} is the page number and {total} the page count.
